We are currently offering the above chassis #004
In the two years that this car was campaigned it finished 22nd at Le Mans in 2000 and 15th in 2001. It’s best finishes were a pair of 4th places at the Mosport 3Hrs. and the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta in 2001. Some of the drivers that drove this car include Wayne Taylor, Max Angelelli, Butch Leitzinger, Andy Wallace, Eric Van DePoele and several others.
This car has the best history of the Cadillac LMP cars as it is the only one to have raced LeMans twice in 2000 and 2001, it also raced at Daytona, Sebring and Petite LeMans. The car has a new motor in it without the turbos. This was done to simplify things and make the car easier to use. The motor makes 510hp/8,500rpm at the wheels (about 600hp) It has the Xtrac 6 speed gearbox and a new Motec ECU/data logging system which also is much easier to operate and service.
